Katie Jensen

Miss Katie was born and raised in Denton, Texas, and started dancing at Denton Dance Conservatory when she was three years old. After 11 years at DDC and growing up through the ranks of our non-profit performance company, the Denton City Contemporary Ballet, Katie join the Guyer High School drill team where she served as a lieutenant her Junior year and Captain her Senior year. She then attend Tyler Junior College and became an Apache Belle for two years. Katie is a recent graduate of the University of North Texas, receiving a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Dance Education. Miss Katie teaches most of our young combo classes, as well as Drill Team Prep, Jazz, adult classes, and Teen Ballet!
