DANCEcamps

DDC’s summer DANCEcamp is designed for ages 3-11, beginners through intermediate, boys and girls.

These Four-Day camps are the perfect way to transition to our studio, familiarizing young faces with our instructors, our space, and our love of dance!  If you’re already a student at DDC, this is the PERFECT opportunity to try something new, make new friends, and keep your dancing going!

Fairytale DANCEcamp, (ages 3-6) 10am-12noon,
Monday thru Thursday

Back by popular demand, our FAIRYTALE DANCEcamp is specifically for ages 3-6. You are joyfully invited on an enchanted journey! Everyday we will enter the world of a different fairy tale with dance, music, theater & art.  Create fairy wands, tiaras, dress up, and dance with your favorite fairy tales! Engaging teachers will captivate your child’s imagination and engage their love of dance.  This 4-day camp promises to fill quickly and space is limited.

“Encanto” DANCEcamp, (ages 4-8) 10:00am-12pm,
Monday thru Thursday

 

This camp includes ballet, jazz, hiphop and more to the fabulous soundtrack of “Encanto!” Dancers will learn a routine each day, make a craft, have snack time, and watch the movie together with other skill building activities. This is a great time to introduce your dancer to DDC and to dancing!!!

 

Descendants DANCEcamp, (ages 7-11) 10am-12:30noon,
Monday thru Thursday

Dancers learn age-appropriate choreography to songs from the award-winning “Descendants,” including lyrical, contemporary, hip hop, and jazz. Snack/video time, daily craft time, the PERFECT time to introduce a new dance form, new studio! Camp will end with an informal showing of all of our dances to families on Thursday, June 25th at 12:15pm.
