DDC’s Summer Ballet Intensive
JUNE 19-22, 2023 from 12:30-7pm Monday thru Thursday
Dancers, ages 9-18, are invited to join us for our exclusive Ballet Intensive, June 19-22, 2023. Serious dancers with a minimum of three years ballet training will learn tips and tricks of dancers, take daily ballet and variations classes, and more! Some of what will be covered is …

- Audition Do’s & Don’t(s)
- Developing Your Dance Resume
- Progressing Ballet Technique
- Specific focus on adagio, petit & grand allegro, pirouettes
- Nutrition for Dancers
- Photo shoot for auditions and promo!
DANCE ATTIRE: Girls-black leotard, no trims, pink tights, pink split-sole ballet shoes, pointe shoes (if applicable), hair in a bun Boys-white T-shirt, black tights, dance belt, white split-sole ballet shoes, white socks.
SUPPLIES NEEDED: All participants will need a notebook for taking notes (Dance Journal), labeled water bottle, cover ups and leg warmers or gym pants to keep muscles warm, an eager to work hard, positive attitude 😉 and a sack lunch!
