Lillie Anderson

Lillie first started dancing at age 3 and joined Denton Dance Conservatory when she was 9 years old.  She has grown up through the ranks of our resident non-profit dance company, the Denton City Contemporary Ballet.  It was through DDC’s Assistant Teacher Program that Lillie realized her love for teaching children.  She has since been a teaching assistant for three years, as well as a substitute teacher.  Lillie has a gift for working with our younger dancers and is now teaching her own classes at DDC beginning this year!  She is a home school student in her Junior year at Southmont Christian Academics.  She has attended numerous master classes at DDC and performed in all of the company’s shows since she began.  Lillie currently teaches some of our combo classes for ages 2 and up, and is also an active substitute for our older classes! We are so proud to be able to call her “homegrown!”
